Hey Guys...

It's been a while since i posted, im sorry...been VERY busy with our upcoming Comercial for this Brand of Rice called "Arroz Leao" translated as "Rice Lion"...its gonna be around 3 minutes video...here i'm sharing a few frames of the whole thing, all should be done by the end of the week, when i get a chance to post the whole video i will...its taking us around 2.5 months to make it from start to finish...

I HAVE TO GOT TO SAY... HUGE THANKS to Cem for this AMAZING PLUGIN...really man, almost all scattering of grass and hair was Hairfarm and some forest pack thrown in as well...but the ricefields "10.CloseUp (0-00-00-00).jpg" for example its all HAIRFARM...im really surprised by how stable it is...especially in calculating dynamics on the Lions Hair...Amazing. Rendering at 1280 x 720 all hairs (the lion alone was 419000) took about 1.30minutes a frame... just awesome!

Im using MSP (machstudio pro) as our main renderer for this.

Anyway i hope you like the renders, more coming up in a few days.

awaiting feedback

thx
Nildo

Hi Anish..

Thx for the comment... MSP renders Hairfarm Objects if you convert them to poly only using Hair to poly Mod..it kinda works like Point Cache the animations as well are transfered, in this case i the Rice is animated to allow the lion the pass thru it, it should be noted that the Hair on the lion is Std max render and comped on top of the MSP render in AE.

i can tell you one thing...i love the soft..realtime changes just like Photoshop and its sliders... and for the final images... these ones for example...it takes about 1min 30 secs each frame at 1280x720 with all elements in one pass...all i had to add is Hair from max.

these renders in vray at least in my experience would take more than 30 min each frame...and u have to consider that u have to render in passes.

v2.0 is coming out and they claim they support GI now with the new dx11 cards...cant wait to try it :)
