Art in Action

Post by Memoria4D »

This is a project which has to do with the form of horse. This is just a shot/preview from the upcoming project. All the fur was made with hairfarm. I will like to hear some comments, especially from Doctor Cem Yuksel .

Tats nice !
To me, the mane sim looks cool. I feel the tail would need more work..very less hair on it and feeling too light.

Hello there!!! Many thanks for the kind words! For the simulation i use hair mesh. It was extremely easy to create it! Hairfarm is a unique and very handful plug in. I used hair smooth on the mesh and then i added simulation with period to 100 or 60 and time to 0.5, to create smoother movement.

As for the main body i created a map, simply drawing the places where i wanted fur. In order to create less hair on the head i painted grey.
