Hair Farm has two workstation releases: Professional and Ultimate. Hair Farm Professional comes with nodelock (non-floating) license for a single computer. Hair Farm Ultimate has floating license and includes priority support. Please check out Frequently Asked Questions for detailed information about Hair Farm licenses. The full list of benefits associated with these releases are given below.

Hair Farm also has a special Rendernode version designed for network rendering, so that you can use Hair Farm's powerful hair renderer with your render farm. Hair Farm Rendernode offers full rendering functionality of Hair Farm without the user interface; therefore, it can only be used for network rendering.

Hair Farm Ultimate:

Floating license support with a floating license server (details)
One floating license permits only a single instance of Hair Farm to work on a computer at a given time. If you need to run more instances of Hair Farm at the same time, you will need more than one floating license. Floating License Server itself has a nodelock license and it cannot be transferred to another computer.
Option to add more licenses to existing floating license server

Free upgrades/downgrades to all supported 3ds Max versions

*** Floating license support is included with free floating license server only when 12 or more Hair Farm Rendernode licenses are purchased at the same time. Customers who already have Hair Farm Rendernode floating license servers can add any number of licenses (less or more than 12) to their existing floating licenses. Non-floating Hair Farm Rendernode licenses cannot be transferred to floating licenses later on.
